Tribute from Roncy

TRIBUTE TO RARE GEM, A FEARLESS WARRIOR, AN ENDLESS FIGHTER.

Words cannot express in full details the definition of your love, care, fearless, endless, love for me and my family. You are real a rare Gem, a mother, friend, sister, mentor, advocate, solicitor.

What words will I use to describe you, oh what a beautiful soul.

Oh mother, you are a problem solver, no matter the situation of the country, you never let it affect people around you. You loved to see people happy and cheerful around you. Oh! It was never a dull moment with you.

When your grandchildren come around, you make them feel as if there is no other grandmother in the world. Even people you are not related to called you “GRANDMA”.

When you hear they have phone, you recharge their phones and still call them a million times a day just to tell them I love you, what will I buy for you, have you eating.

Despite your illness you made sure everybody was satisfied around you.

When I come to see you, you always hail me with a shout “MY BOY FRIEND”, and I will say: “MY GIRLFRIEND”.

Your daughter-in-law you took her as your own daughter, you never made her lack anything.

Farewell, dear mother, you were and will always be a cherished part of our lives, a guiding light in our journey, and a beautiful soul that graced this earth with her presence. A selfless giver.

May you find eternal peace, boundless joy and sweetest rest in the bosom of the lord.

You will be missed but never forgotten.

Love from Roncy Osarobo and family.

A TRIBUTE TO A LOVING GRANDMA

If I start now, I won’t be able to finish it, now I am in great dilemma that you have passed because it is hard to believe.

My Grandmother was a woman of substance, a giver and people around her never lacked. She was a woman who impacted people’s lives in different and yet amazing ways. She lived a life that was interesting and even when she sat us down to advice and gist with us, we were always flabbergasted by her adventures.

I remember when you said that you would be at my wedding, and you had so many plans for me. You were even discussing my university opportunities before I entered Senior Secondary School. You would always make Sunday afternoons interesting because of wrestling matches you watched with us. I remember when you would call Roman Reigns your son and everyone will laugh. You always bought things I needed even without asking but you always knew my mind.

Ah! We will miss you Grandma. May your legacy live on.

Rest on my legend.
